The Brecon Beacons Trail Running Challenge is now entering its 8th year at Gilestone Farm in Talyboont-on Usk and is one of the most popular events on the trail running calendar in Wales.

It is so popular we’ve added a second date to make it a weekend extravaganza of trail running with a new Back2Back Challenge over both the Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th May 2022.

The Brecon Beacons is one of four ranges of mountains and hills that make up the Brecon Beacons National Park.

Depending on the distance the routes will take you up the Taff Trail which follows along the picturesque Talybont reservoir and forestry as well as taking in Pen y Fan, the highest peak in South Wales and Cribyn to name but a few.

Did we mention the views?

We offer four distances at this event. The Ultra Marathon, Marathon, Half Marathon and 10k.

We are offering a 10% discount if you choose our Back2Back Challenge whichever distance.

Canicross friendly (please ensure your dog has trained properly for the event)
