Be part of something Epic and take up the Medal Chaser Challenge! This is a great solo or team experience to share with friends, family and supporters. This 6-hour endurance trail run will test your resolve, stamina and grit! Offering you the chance to keep pushing on for the next medal. If you can complete the Ultra distance you will get all 5 medals. All 5 medals fit together to complete a final trophy disc. Here’s what you need to know:

Solo or Relay Teams – Pairs, teams of 3,4 and 5+
Relay Team runners can run any number of laps, however only one team member on the course at any one time.
Runners Zone for refueling and hydration. Only accessed by runners support crew and team members
Bring your own fuel and hydration requirements
The dedicated Runners Zone accessed from the course during the run means you can stop, rest, refuel and hydrate at any time. In the Runners Zone you can safely store your kit meet support crew and team members, relax and go again. Gazebos and tents are allowed. 1 per person or team.
This event will require you to bring fuel and hydration for the duration of the event. You will be allocated a dedicated area to set up your kit in the Runners Zone. Toilets will be supplied! If COVID Restrictions allow we will also have hot food and entertainment for family and friends. We’re working hard to reduce, reuse and recycle.

The Venue – High Lodge, Thetford
Leaving the tarmac and traffic behind and hit the beautiful trails of Thetford Forest. The course takes you through the forest, along winding trails on great quality tracks. This atmospheric location, with its tall pines, brings each runner a little closer to nature.
The race starts and finishes at High Lodge, which is a recreational site set in the heart of Thetford Forest offering extensive play areas, walking and cycling trails. There’s a café, bike hire, as well as additional attractions for the whole family to enjoy. Headphones are allowed.
