It is the longest ultramarathon on the Iberian Peninsula: 1001km divided by 14 stages, with an average of 71.5km per day, on a self-sufficient basis and guided only by GPS.
The route consists in paths, tracks, forest and asphalted roads, which can be national or municipal, or simply local accesses.
