This is a 100mile race from Richmond in South West London to Oxford along the river Thames. With flat trails and some paved pathways, the route is fully marked by National Trails Trust posts and reflective tape and arrows by the organisers.
To compete, runners must have completed at least one 50mile event in under 15hours during the period established by the organisers. There is a cut-off time of 28 hours.
There are 14 aid stations along the route with water and a selection of fruit, sweets and savoury snacks.
Mandatory equipment is required and checks will be performed before the race, during and after.
