The terrain is 100% trail with a mixture of dirt tracks, rocky paths and includes small river crossings. As well as the 24hour race, there are 6hr and 12hr races available. Accommodation is avaible at race HQ including the bunkhouse, posh pods, camping huts and motorhome pitches. Please contact [email protected] to book. We have use of the Green Welly Car Park for this event for runners and Spectators.

This trail course covers 5miles with 150m total ascent with competitors being fully self-supported for the duration of the race. All 3 races begin Midday 18th January and the 24hour race ends Midday 19th January 2020. Tickets are on sale via SI entries and cost,

12 hr – £66

6hr – £38

(+ £2 if not a member of SA or UKA)

In addition, 24hr entrants may form a pairs team with another 24hr entrant. This competition is more for fun than an official race as teams may be mixed age groups and genders. You may form a team at any time by editing your entry on SI Entries.

Tyndrum 24 is run Under UKA Rules and scottishathletics Licence is under application. The race will be chip time and the Tyndrum 24 rules will be emailed to runners in due course.

Tyndrum 24 is proud to support Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance – SCAA, Charity No. SC041845, and will donate the profits from the event to help its life-saving work. SCAA statistics show that they have attended the Tyndrum area 10 times since May 2016, for medical and road traffic incidents (no races thankfully).
