Why come to Granada to run

The Ultra Sierra Nevada offers you the chance to run in a unique landscape. Start from the Alhambra, one of the wonders of the world, running through the historic streets of the ancient capital of the Nazarí Kingdom and crown one of Spain’s highest peaks leaving the Iberian Peninsula at your feet.

In addition, Granada has an unbeatable tourist offer where you can enjoy an unsurpassable cultural heritage such as the Alhambra, the Cathedral, the Royal Chapel, the Monastery of La Cartuja, etc.

You can also experience the essence of Spanish culinary culture doing the Tapas route, with its music, listening to Flamenco at the “Flamenco Tablaos” or simply strolling through the many streets of the historic city center.

How to get there

Granada is located in the southeast of the Iberian Peninsula, at the foot of Sierra Nevada and a few kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea. It is accessible by road (car and bus), train, airplane (airports in Granada, Malaga, Seville and Madrid) and ferry (for the port of Motril).
