his is a new event for 2021 and we are very excited to be heading to the Wye Valley for what is surely going to be one of our most stunning trail runs to date.

Set in Symonds Yat, which is one of the most iconic spots of the Wye Valley. It is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty offering stunning riverside walks, lush forests and so much more. Based just 200 meters from the River Wye, we will be taking you on a stunning, yet challenging, run along the river banks and surrounding woodland.

For the marathon and ultra runners you will be following the River Wye Walk on the River Wye Path which leads you down river for a number of miles, you will then cross the river before picking up the Offa’s Dyke Path for a breath taking stretch of the run.

Heading back up the Offa’s Dyke Path you will then be led into the gorgeous Highmeadow Woods for a circuit before crossing the river again and heading up to the finish past the Seven Sisters Rocks in Lord’s Woods.

The half marathon and 10K runners take the same route but cross the river at an earlier spot, missing out the Offa’s Dyke Path.

Canicross Friendly.
