Shortlist for RunUltra Instagrammer of the Year Award 2019

Last updated: 06-Dec-18

By Kathryn Bullock

Thank you to everyone who nominated an Instagrammer for our #RunUltraAward. After much deliberation, and it was a very daunting task, we have chosen the shortlist for the RunUltra Instagrammer Award for 2019.

A big thank you to everyone who nominated an Instagrammer. We received over a hundred nominations from every corner of the globe. Many congratulations to all those who made the list.

The quality, dedication and passion for ultra marathons and trail running shines through brightly in so many of your stunning images.

We had a strict scoring criteria in place as explained in our recent forum post and the bloggers were scored out of a total score of 70 on the following criteria:

  • Consistency of publishing
  • Quality of imagery
  • Quality of copy and captions
  • Engagement
  • Overall impression

We have a total of 50 names on our shortlist (that’s how difficult it was as, we did not want to exclude some great Instagram pages), given the very high standard of nominations.

Voting is now open until 23.59 on 13th January 2019. The final selection as to who wins the award and fabulous Suunto Baro 9 sports watch is now in your hands.

All voters that take part get a chance to win a Suunto 9 watch as shown below. Ts & Cs apply.
