We know, it’s not the most exciting gift, but someone will be buying you socks this Christmas, so make sure they get you a decent pair for trail running. And let’s be honest, it’s about time you replaced those holey numbers. We recommend these.

5. Sony Headphones

A bargain at just £15, these headphones clip around the ear, provide good sound quality and are sweat and shower-resistant.

6. Customised OS Map

It is December, after all. Treat your beloved with something you know he’ll stay warm, dry and comfortable in while he hits the trails this winter (the crazy fool). Here’s what we think.

8. Epsom Bath Salts

This is great stuff, we can vouch for it. If you’re sick and tired of your significant other being a stuff, waste of space as he hobbles around the house for days after his weekly long run, chuck a load of this in a bath he’ll recover much quicker while he soaks.

9. Gore X-Run Ultra Shirt LS
