Ultra Trail Učka 2026.

Second edition of the event. Organised by AK Rika (Croatia).

The UTU 85 km race is held as the Croatian Long Trail Championship 2026.

Date: May 23
Location: Mošćenička Draga, Kvarner, Croatia
Start / Finish: Mošćenička Draga

Ultra Trail Učka (UTU)

Distance: 85 km
Elevation gain: 4600 m+

The longest and most demanding race of the event. The course starts at sea level and climbs deep into the Učka and Ćićarija mountain ranges, reaching the highest peaks of the area, including Mount Vojak and Veliki Planik. Runners face long ascents, technical mountain trails and extended sections at higher altitude. UTU is held as the Croatian Long Trail Championship, but remains open to all experienced ultra trail runners.

Učka Loop Challenge (ULC)

Distance: 42 km
Elevation gain: 2200 m+

A challenging mountain trail race with a compact but demanding profile. The route combines sustained climbs, forest single tracks and open mountain sections, offering a clear contrast between coastal and alpine terrain. Suitable for experienced trail runners looking for a strong endurance challenge over a marathon distance.

Učka Loop Mini (ULM)

Distance: 13 km
Elevation gain: 650 m+

A shorter loop course around Mošćenička Draga. The route features forest paths, rolling terrain and scenic sections above the coast. ULM is designed for recreational runners, newcomers to trail running or those looking for a shorter but authentic trail experience within the event.

Registration is open. Full details available on the organiser’s website (AK Rika).
